| 1. Bild & Ton - Visuals und Sound im Einklang Ich empfinde mich zu 60 Prozent als Software-DJ mit umfangreichen vorbereiteten Sets. Mein Wunsch
ist, DJ und VJ in einer Person zu sein - so hat das 1995 mit Analog-Technik bei
"Neuronia" auch begonnen. Heutige Hochleistungs-Laptops schaffen das
wieder - Visual-Software "Resolume" auf dem einen Bildschirm, eine DJ-Software auf
dem anderen, eine fette Festplatte dazu, und Explosion...
2. Tanz-Musik mit hohem Eigenanteil
Es gibt zu gefühlten 10 Prozent mein Angebot eines Hardware-basierten DJ-Live-Acts:
CD-Double-Player, Synthesizer, Rhythmus-Eingabe-Geräte. Das geht dann ab in
Richtung Eigenkomposition.
3. Karaoke-Party
Gern tische ich zu 30 Prozent mein Karaoke-Hobby auf. Da ist die ganze Kompanie eingeladen
- alle ran ans Mikrophon, und ich singe mit. Das ist kein Abend der Perfektion
und muss es auch nicht sein. Wir sind da alle gut und lustig.

First of all I consider myself as a "Software DJ" with
prepared sets. My desire is to be a DJ and a VJ in one person. This was my
start with analog technology in "Neuronia" 1995. Today's high-performance
laptops allow this dualism again: Visual software "Resolume" on one screen,
a DJ software on the other, a fat hard drive beside, and explosion may
come...
2. Dance music with self composed
muscial parts
Actually percent of my offers present a hardware-based
DJ-Live-Act: Double CD-player, synthesizer, rhythm-input devices. This
instrumentarium allows, sometimes spontaneous, self-composition.
3. Karaoke Party
Acutally thirty percent of my shows base on my karaoke
hobby. This happens separately from the rest. All can get the microphone,
and I sing in between or let it be. This is not an evening of perfection :-) |
